Maple-Chipotle Glazed Salmon Fillets

Start with Schaul’s Salmon Fillets.

Ingredients

  • 4 Skinless Salmon Fillets
  • 1/2-Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, pureed
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced.
  • 1-tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Prepare Glaze by combining maple syrup, chipotle peppers and garlic in a small bowl.

Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.  Season salmon on both sides with salt and pepper.  Cook salmon in hot pan, 1 minute per side or until golden brown.

Transfer salmon to a baking sheet lined with foil.  Brush glaze over salmon liberally.

Bake salmon in 350-degree oven until cooked through and just starting to flake.  Approximately 10 minutes.

Serve immediately.
