Start with Schaul’s Certified Angus Skirt Steak
- 2 Pounds Skirt Steak
- 1-Cup Balsamic Vinegar
- ½ Cup Honey
- ¼ Cup Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon finely chopped fresh ginger
- 2 Garlic gloves, finely chopped
- 1-teaspoon ground pepper
Place trimmed skirt steak in a shallow baking dish.
Combine all ingredients for marinade and pour over steak. Cover and refrigerate for several hours, or overnight.
Heat grill to medium-high heat. Grill Skirt steak 2-4 minutes per side for medium rare. Transfer to serving platter, cover with foil and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
