Shipping Destinations

We can ship your products anywhere within the United States. We can not ship internationally due to customs restrictions. We also can not ship to a P.O. Box, AFO, or FPO address. Your items will be shipped via UPS or FedEx ground service. Next-day air and 2nd-day air options are available for an additional charge. Air service may be required for some destinations or for specific requested arrival dates.

Shipping Dates

For orders received with no special date request, they will be processed for shipment as soon as possible. We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to allow the packages to arrive during the same week. Saturday deliveries are available on special request and carry an additional surcharge. Sunday and Monday are not available delivery dates.

For Holiday Orders

For orders requested to be shipped for the Thanksgiving holiday; they will be shipped the week prior to the holiday if a frozen product is ordered. If a FRESH turkey is ordered, it will be delivered the week of. Special shipping requirements may be needed based on the destination. For orders requested to be shipped for the Christmas holiday; if no specific week is requested shipment will be made in any of the three weeks prior to Christmas but after the Thanksgiving holiday. Late orders for shipment during the week of Christmas may be subject to availability. Shipments requested for Easter or any other holiday will be made the week prior to the holiday.

Addresses

We aren’t responsible for wrong addresses so please check your order for accuracy. The customer will be responsible for any additional reshipment charges due to an incorrect address. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can not ship to a P.O. box, APO, or FPO address. Please include a daytime and evening phone number so we may contact you if needed to expedite your order. Please order by our item number versus description.

Payments & Credit Cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please fill out all the required information including your name as it appears on the card. For business accounts that wish to be billed, credit approval is required. To establish credit and receive a credit application, ask your sales representative to assist you. Company purchase orders are also accepted.

Quantities discounts are available. For purchases of larger quantities, call and speak to a sales representative at 1-800-562-5660 for special price discounts. Prices are effective September 1, 2015 and are subject to change without notice. Schaul’s reserves the right to adjust pricing if deemed necessary due to cost increases that occur. We also reserve the right to adjust, change or correct any typographical errors.

Product Availability

If by chance an item you select is currently out of stock we will contact you to recommend a comparable item for immediate shipment or ship your item when it becomes available, whichever you choose.

Packaging

Each of our products is individually shrink-wrapped and gift-boxed. They are then shipped in a reusable styrene cooler with plenty of dry ice to ensure safe arrival. Our non-perishable products and Smoked Hams will not be shipped in dry ice to prevent freezing during the cooler months.

Gift Enclosure Message

We will be happy to enclose a personalized gift message with any item ordered.

Gift Delivery Notice

We will notify your gift recipients when they can expect their gift(s) to arrive. Please allow approximately two weeks prior to delivery for the notification to your gift recipients. For late or rush orders the gift notification will not be sent.

Food of the Month Plans

Gift Certificates

We offer three price levels of gift certificates with nine item choices available in each price level. An attractive gift certificate packet accompanies each certificate. We will also customize a gift certificate to your specific needs either by a certain price or by a specific item.
