Cooking Tips for Smoked Hams:

Smoked Hams: All our smoked hams are fully cooked and can be eaten cold or served warm. To serve warm, first bring the ham to room temperature to take the chill out. Our hams are skinless and shankless so less warming time is needed. To heat, put the ham on a rack in a pan with approximately 2" of water. Cover the ham with aluminum foil, then heat 10 minutes a pound at 325 degrees.
